| I have been involved in designing and
delivering management development and training courses for 15 years.
In that time I worked with supervisors, managers and directors in a variety
of companies in the Public and Private sectors.
I believe that an organisation’s success is dependent on the specialist and core management skills of its workforce and that successful organisations encourage their people to keep their skills up to date. I enjoy working with people to do just that!
You will find my style of training slightly different from most as I tend to encourage participants to share their experiences, good and bad, and to develop techniques and strategies that will work for them back at work – immediately.
