One-to-One Coaching Service

We offer this service to directors, senior managers and Local Authority members and officers who wish to re-appraise their business or organisational (and personal) goals and objectives.

This is also an opportunity for people to consider their current management skills and management style and to assess how they might make improvements in the future.

These sessions allow people to identify new goals and objectives and to clarify their options in how they can move forward.
