At Gateway Training we believe that effective people development comes from ‘the inside out’. During all our development or training courses we use a coaching approach that encourages people to recognise and bring out the best in themselves.
No matter what the subject matter, we feel everybody has latent potential that can be tapped and nurtured. In this way individuals realise they can significantly increase their contributions in their organisation.
We provide all delegates with the necessary theory however we focus on encouraging people to practice their newly learned skills and to relate this learning back to their workplace.
Delegates leave our courses and workshops having learned something new about themselves and other people and knowing how to put that learning into practice when they return to work.
